It's a recently restored historical villa. On the ground floor there are flats for accommodation, while on the upper floor lives the very friendly landlady: Clelia. An adjacent terrace available to our guests is provided with deck chairs, lawn swing, barbecue and outdoor shower. A wonderful terraced garden will appear in front of you, of which biological products will be easily accessible. You will enjoy a wonderful sight of Ustica's sea, Falconiera's rock and the little town over S.Maria harbour, in a frame of garden plants. A private parking is also available in the area
Studio flat 25m2 (double bedroom with additional bed available on request). Each flat includes kitchenette, kitchenware, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, fridge, satellite TV, household linen. Breakfast, cleaning upon arrival and departure, hot and cold water, daily tidying up, electricity, blankets change every seven days, free wi-fi.
The island of Ustica, the most popular diving site in the Mediterranean sea, will offer you an unsurpassed sea clearness, stunning archaeological sites and will surprise you with the beauty of its vegetation colours, hard to be found elsewhere. The friendliness of Ustica inhabitants will leave a permanent mark on your memories.
