L’appartamento è situato nella zona più tranquilla di Finale Ligure a 850mt dal mare,200mt dai negozi alimentari,dai servizi pubblici e ristoranti. L’abitazione dispone di vasti parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze oltre al parcheggio condominiale,è posto al primo piano,soleggiato e libero su tre lati di conseguenza risulta un alloggio estremamente silenzioso. La zona è ideale per trascorrere notti tranquille ma nel contempo ugualmente vicina ai locali più frequentati di Finale Ligure.
