Country Resort Guadalupe is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, renovated to host rooms and 16 elegant apartments. It is located a 15-minute drive from Grosseto, and parking is free. Each bright and spacious apartment at the Guadalupe features characteristic terracotta floors, exposed wood-beam ceilings, a furnished patio or terrace, and its own independent entrance. All kitchenettes are fully equipped. Apartments at Resort Guadalupe also come with free Wi-Fi access, individually controlled air conditioning, and orthopedic beds. Guests receive a badge providing independent access to the apartments. The Country Resort features a large swimming pool with hydro-massage corner. Drinks and snacks are served under the poolside gazebo, and breakfast is buffet style Resort Guadalupe offers a children’s playground, a token-operated laundry room. Barbecue facilities are also availableas a seasonal service upon request. Country Resort Guadalupe is in the peaceful Maremma countryside, 10 minutes' walk from Montepescali Train Station, and a 3-minute drive from the SS1 national road. The nearest beaches are Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia.

Additional cleaning services and/or extra linen changes are available upon request and subject to a surcharge of twenty per day. The property provides a coin-operated washing machine and dryer located in a shared area; tokens can be purchased at the reception. A shared ironing area with an iron and ironing board is also available for self-service use.The term “indoor pool” refers to the hot tub located within our SPA area, which is accessible exclusively to adult guests and subject to an additional fee. The “outdoor pool” is unheated, subject to seasonal opening, and available daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our SPA area includes a hot tub, sensory shower, Turkish bath, and sauna. Access to the wellness center is available by reservation only and subject to availability. Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and is reserved for private use. Rates and availability must be requested directly from the property. For bookings during the New Year’s period, participation in the New Year’s Eve dinner is mandatory. The dedicated menu and related pricing can be requested directly from the property. Any specific needs must be communicated promptly.

Within our resort, you will find a chicken coop, an organic vegetable garden, and a vineyard—perfect for pleasant family walks and enjoying moments in close contact with nature. Our resort offers complimentary city bikes upon request at the reception, for use within the property and its immediate surroundings. Please note that there are no dedicated cycling paths in the vicinity of the resort. A seasonal BBQ area is available on the property. To use this service, availability must be checked at the reception, and a surcharge applies of twenty. Our resort features a seasonal children's play area, while the swings are available year-round. A restaurant is available within the resort, open every evening for à la carte dinner service. Lunch is served during the high season.
