Our strategic location, just a few kilometers from Lecce, Gallipoli, and Otranto, makes us the perfect starting point for exploring both coasts and the most picturesque villages of Salento. ✨ The essence of the Critabianca experience A charming historic masseria: Only 6 rooms and suites, thoughtfully restored to preserve the characteristic stone star-vaulted ceilings and the pure white whitewashed walls. We love taking care of our guests personally, offering tailored recommendations on beaches, excursions, and local restaurants to help you experience the most authentic side of Salento. The geographic centrality of the property makes it easy to explore the most beautiful spots in Salento: Villages and culture: In less than 15-20 minutes by car, you can reach historic gems such as Galatina (famous for the Basilica of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria and the typical pasticciotto pastry), Maglie, and Nardò. The splendid baroque city of Lecce is just 30 minutes away. The two seas: We are located exactly halfway between the Ionian and the Adriatic seas. In about 25 minutes, you can reach the sandy beaches of Gallipoli, or the spectacular cliffs and crystal-clear waters of Otranto and Castro. Authentic food and wine: Just a 10-minute drive away, you will find small inland villages with excellent restaurants or local trattorias serving the most genuine Salento cuisine.
