Tourist Tax and Invoicing As specified in the rental agreement (which must be signed during the mandatory online check-in process), the total rate consists of two parts: the rental fee paid to the property owner and the service fee for the Property Manager. Each party will issue a separate tax document for their respective portion. To streamline the check-in process, guest IDs should be uploaded to the platform accessible via the link sent after booking. You will also be able to pay the tourist tax through this same portal. Please note that completing the online check-in is required in order to receive your access instructions for the property. Kindly note that, in accordance with Italian law, a valid photo ID for each guest is mandatory to enter the property. Thank you for your cooperation!
