The house is a former farmhouse expertly renovated preserving its original appearance with stone walls, wooden window frames and roofs, arches and loggias as well as what was originally the old farmyard, where in ancient times the products of the land were worked. It has free private parking in the immediate vicinity and a very large covered parking space where several motorcycles can be stored. The house is located outside the village in the countryside and is surrounded by large green spaces where it is possible to see roe deer, fawns, foxes and squirrels. The amenity of the place means that the structure constitutes a comfortable and relaxing environment where you can spend stays in tranquility and relaxation. The rooms are furnished in a simple and pleasant way and ensure comfort and tranquility to guests. They do not have an en-suite bathroom due to the shape of the house and also due to the fact that it was not born as a structure to rent but as a home for my family.

The house is located a short distance from the main attractions of the area. The restaurants located in the center of the village are also reachable with a ten minute walk.
