Sun kissed house in the green Tuscan countryside just two kilometers from the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia. The apartment is air conditioned and heated, can accommodate cozily up to four people in a bedroom and a wide living room, more than 80 square meters. The house accepts pets and offers private parking, an exclusive garden, free wi fi and bicycles for guests. An hour's drive from Pisa Airport and two hours by train from Florence and Rome, the house allows guests to combine a holiday in the nature of Maremma with beach life and visits to Italian cities.

I work in finance profession, but I manage for love my family’s houses. My desire is to take care of every detail to make your holidays unforgettable in this beautiful area surrounded by nature

Maremma is a natural paradise in the heart of Tuscany. Overlooking the sea in front of the nine islands of the Tuscan archipelago, it allows you to spend a holiday alternating beach life in visits to the hills in search of oil flavour, wine and Tuscan food. Maremma is also a land of art with the heritage left by the Etruscans, including the necropolis of Vetulonia and Populonia, the magical archaeological museum in Grosseto, and the cities of Pisa, with its tower and the Square of Miracles, Siena and its Renaissance buildings.
