Located in a historic and charming area thanks to the "garden square" (Piazza del Popolo). Semi-detached apartment (shared stairs and landing only). Both bedrooms are comfortable and completely independent. The large bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to two beds (one double and one queen-sized bed), a bathroom with shower, and a more private and quiet internal balcony. It is furnished with all the essentials, including a TV and Wi-Fi. A minibar, microwave, and coffee maker are also available nearby. (Extra pillows, a water heater, toaster, blender, etc. are available for both bedrooms upon request.) The double bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the main street and square. Free parking is available nearby. Air conditioning with hot/cold pumps is provided in all rooms.

Very professional Manager and Management

The location is excellent because, in addition to being close to the square, there are several shops within walking distance, such as restaurants, bars, groceries, bakeries, etc. Upon request, private rental service to the Maratea and Sapri train stations or Lagonegro and Lauria buses.
