Fiore all’occhiello sono i balconi della casa che si affacciano sul mare e che fanno parte di una delle più note e inconfondibili cartoline della Sicilia. La vista è incantevole. Recentemente ristrutturata, i cuscini e i materassi sono in memory-foam, i mobili di design.

La casa si trova nella distesa Marina del centro storico della città, vicinissima al Duomo e al museo di Mandralisca che ospita il celebre capolavoro: il magnifico Ritratto d’Uomo, opera di Antonello da Messina. Zona ricca di ristoranti e bar.
