The property itself has been completely renovated with high-quality finishes, featuring oak parquet flooring, traditional exposed wooden beams, and spacious bathrooms. We offer three distinct accommodation types to suit different needs: elegant Deluxe Double Rooms for two guests, a Junior Suite with the possibility of adding an extra bed for children, and a large Deluxe Suite equipped with a private kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 guests. All our rooms feature comfortable Italian King-size beds. To ensure maximum freedom, the entire property operates with an independent smart access system for self-check-in. Every accommodation is equipped with high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, climate control, a minibar, and a kettle with a selection of coffee, tea, and herbal teas. Important Driving & Parking Information (ZTL) Please note that Dimora72 is located inside Florence's Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), which is strictly monitored by automated camera gates. Unauthorised driving inside this zone will result in traffic fines. If you plan to arrive by car, we highly recommend using one of the nearby partner parking garages. Upon your arrival, the garage staff will legally register your license plate with the local authorities, granting you a temporary transit permit to safely drive through the ZTL gates to reach them.
