All properties are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all necessary information about the property. Customer care will be available exclusively via instant messaging apps or email during the hours indicated: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm - until 10:00 pm on the day of check-in. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
