The Emerald flat is located in the historical centre of Alghero, just a stone's throw from the sea, the Ramparts, and the scenic views of Capo Caccia. Bright and full of character, the apartment is spread over two levels. The open-plan living area features a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining area, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge, freezer, and air conditioning. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. Upstairs, you will find the double bedroom, which offers air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The Emerald flat is ideally situated between the old town and the sea, surrounded by local handicrafts, restaurants, and cafes. It retains its historical charm thanks to a careful renovation that has preserved original architectural features such as exposed stone and wooden beams. Strolling through the historic centre, with its arches, towers, and squares, is a delightful experience, with beautiful beaches like Bombarde and Lazzaretto nearby. The flat is on the second and top floor of a quiet, two-story historic building, located close to the sea, the promenade of the ramparts, and Porta Terra square—a unique feature, as the square marks the border between the old and new town, where free parking is available. The white sandy beach is just a 15-minute walk away. A reserved beach bar is located on a charming flat rocky cove, only 3 minutes from the flat, with a small bathing establishment available for an extra fee. The historic centre is restricted to traffic to preserve its beauty, but reaching the flat from Piazza di Porta Terra is very easy, taking less than a minute on foot.
