Thank you for booking Fevira Suite. We remind you that upon your arrival you will be asked for the documents of all guests for registration . We also remind you that closed circuit cameras are installed in front of the entrance door of the apartment. We will be happy to welcome you to our recently renovated apartment. Check in is from 16 to 20. We ask you to inform us of your arrival time. The apartment has a free parking space in the condominium parking lot.
In 2023, we purchased and completely renovated this apartment, trying to add a touch that reflected our style and love for our city. We are passionate about art, DIY and photography. You won't find an apartment like all the others furnished with industrial furniture, but an apartment in which every single piece is original, in a mix and match of modern and ancient. We love our city and will be at your disposal to give you advice on how to best live it, even outside the most touristy circuits.
In the surroundings of the apartment there are a lidl supermarket, carrefour, a pizzeria (Il Bivio), bar, pharmacy. The T2 tramway stop is about 600 meters from the apartment. From the Guidoni stop you can reach the Alamanni stop, which will allow you to be in the historic center of Florence in 15 minutes. Novoli is today one of the neighborhoods of Florence that stands out for its quality of life. After the construction boom in the 1950s and 1960s, Novoli underwent a population expansion that was nothing short of remarkable. Despite being just a neighborhood, in recent years it has become a central place in Florence and is considered among the best places to live or study within the Tuscan capital. Novoli is an aesthetically very beautiful neighborhood and full of liveliness, both day and night. It is also located just 10 minutes away from the historic center of Florence, which is easily accessible thanks to an excellent transport service, including bus lines, taxis and - the most efficient means - the tram line t2 which in a few minutes will take you to the heart of Florence without having to use the car. Among the latest projects are the new Intesa San Paolo Business Center, the new Palace of Justice and the large urban park of San Donato.
