Let us introduce ourselves, we are Antonio, Gianna, Valeria and Giacomo, a close-knit family that loves to travel and engage with the world. We have always lived in Marina julia (Monfalcone ) and we have a special affection and bond with this area. We have decided, through booking, to make our accommodation available to tourists, in order to convey our love for this area to them as well. We make ourselves available to provide information and suggestions to make your experience unforgettable. We are readily available, living in close proximity to the properties for any needs.

Flat at 50 mt from the sea, convenient for those who want to enjoy a bit of quiet immersed in nature without being denied the fun of the beach or the attractions of nearby places such as Trieste, Udine, Grado, Aquileia, Palmanova, all reachable within 30 minutes. Located 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Cona Island nature reserve. Consists of two bedrooms, living room ( if necessary with sofa bed ), bathroom with window, kitchenette and two balconies / terrace. The property has a private parking space.

Neighborhood info

A quiet area, close to the sea with a small supermarket, a bakery and several bars and restaurants where it is also possible to eat. At about one km you can reach supermarkets cinema swimming pools and at two km the centre of the municipality of Monfalcone. The area is completely immersed in the greenery of several protected biotopes (cavana, isola della cona, etc.) where it is possible to go on wonderful walks or horseback rides and go birdwatching. On the beach there is a beach volleyball court, bowls, windsurfing and it is possible to go kitesurfing and sup.
