FROM JUNE 2026, ALL THE BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONED. The newly refurbished has 3 spacious, bright and cozy bedrooms. Is located just few steps away from the city's main square, in a peatonal quiet and safe area. The principal attractions are just minutes away by walk. Perfectly linked with airport and train stations. Central flat third floor with lift of a 15th century Palazzo ,subject to architectural protection rules, completely refurbished. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one living room, one dining room with open space kitchen, 2 bathroom. There is the opportunity to host until 12 guests having a 2 double sofabed. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, plus hoven fridge. The guests will found also moka, pants and more sophisticated cooking utensils to cook a more elaborated meal. Are available for the visitors proper italian and ligurian typical products to taste. Baby’s toys and travel bed are available upon request. The flat has free wifi broadband. You will be always warmed welcomed by at least one family member and we ‘ll be available through e-mail or phone to explain or guide you at the discovery of the most beautiful spots of our charming city.
I’ve always lived in Genoa; I’m a pharmacist, and my wife Maddalena and I love travelling with our four children, aged between 28 and 22. We’re in love with our city and have furnished a flat right in the city centre with unique pieces of 1950s Italian design. The flat is spacious and cosy, and ideal for large families like ours or groups of friends. We can’t wait to help you discover Genoa, which has so much more to offer than just the Aquarium and the Old Port. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
The flat is located in quiet and safe area in Genoa old town, the largest in Europe, full of attractions, trendy bars and peculiar glimpses. Only 48 steps away from the main heart of the city Piazza de Ferrari where you can find: Palazzo Ducale venue of the most prestigious national’s exhibits. Carlo Felice Opera theater The underground stop who is linked with the city’s main train stations; bus stop and taxi parking also. Via Garibaldi , a Unesco world heritage with his Rolli palaces, is only 6 minutes by walk away. Moreover from the flat you can reach the aquarium and the Porto Antico in only 12 minutes.
