Giardini 82 B&B was born as a family-run establishment, as the rooms are on the ground floor of the family home, an Art Nouveau villa that once belonged to the owner family. The premises are very large, small apartments, ideal for groups of friends, families or even for couples who love space and privacy. In fact, at guests' disposal there is a large garden and in the spring and summer months there is also a large living room where you can spend a few hours relaxing. Breakfast is not served in the rooms, but we provide our guests with everything they need to be able to prepare and consume when they like, within their space. As far as cleaning and linen change are concerned, the same are carried out upon guests' request with a daily supplement.
I love to receive my guests, learn about the places they come from and stop to chat with them and tell the story of my home and my family.
Gravina in Puglia is situated on the Murge plateau, close to the territory bordering the nearby Basilicata; Gravina in Puglia rises on the edge of one of the most majestic and natural examples of "ravines". This very deep canyon also crosses the cities of Matera, Laterza and Ginosa until it reaches the Ionian Sea. Gravina represents a perfect combination of ancient history, rock civilization and architecture, which makes the city unique in its surprising facets. Many are the riches of which Gravina disposes: a rich cultural heritage, the presence of rock civilization, still alive centuries later, with its churches and natural cave complexes that require tourists to penetrate their meanders to explore them and admire with astonishment from their interior and that, even today, they relive with great emotion the origins of the city of Gravina.
