L’alloggio è una casa che ha la sua età, ristrutturata in parte con l’intento di conservare il fascino e le caratteristiche di un tempo, unendo semplicità e funzionalità a uno stile essenziale e moderno. È situato in una zona centrale della città, al primo piano di una palazzina con servizio di portineria. Recentemente ristrutturato, è dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un breve soggiorno, sia per lavoro che per svago o altre esigenze. Si trova a due passi dal centro cittadino, dall’Ospedale Civile e dall’ICOT; nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti tutti i principali servizi, fermate dell’autobus e parcheggi liberi.
Quando possibile, mi fa molto piacere accogliere personalmente gli ospiti, così da dare loro tutte le informazioni utili sull’alloggio, sulla città e sui dintorni, aiutandoli a sentirsi subito a proprio agio e a orientarsi con facilità. Per il resto, lascio la massima libertà, rimanendo sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda, informazione o necessità.
Quartiere centrale, vicino l'ospedale Santa Maria Goretti e l'ICOT, ben servito da strutture commerciali e da servizi di ogni genere, a pochi passi dal centro della città, da Piazza San Marco e da Piazza del Popolo, dalla via dei pub, a pochi chilometri dal mare, che si può raggiungere anche in bici pedalando sulla pista ciclabile che vi arriva direttamente.
