Newly remodeled 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen, wash machine and outdoor courtyard. The property is located on the ground floor and handicap accessible .
The B&B is at walking minutes from the city center and 10 minute drive to the regional hospital. In the area there are beautiful see sightings like the Fortress of Sora, the Waterfalls of Isola del Liri, the ancient city of Arpino (Marco Tullio Cicerone's birthplace). For the ski lover, Pescasseroli is at 45 minute drive, located in a national park in the Abbruzzi region. The property is 1 hour drive south of Rome and 1 1/2 hour north of the Amalfi Coast.
