The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric stove (with hood), dishwasher and kettle, as well as all necessary cookware, dishes and utensils. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, bidet, and washing machine. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning. In the garden, feel free to relax on the two sunbeds and enjoy meals at the table with four chairs. There is a swimming pool with two showers within a shouting distance. There, you’ll find a variety of delicious restaurants beautiful beaches (the closest one is within just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride), shops for tourists, grocery stores and exciting attractions such as luna parks, trampoline parks, indoor gaming areas, and, of course, gelato shops You can also walk or cycle to the Marina in Aprilia Marittima and enjoy a stunning sunset among the yachts. There are also four tennis courts (with an experienced coach) and a children’s play area in the Marina. One more destination you’d love is Punta Verde Zoo Park, located just a 15-minute drive from the house. Don’t forget to visit Venice, which is just 100 km from Lignano - about a 1-hour drive.
