Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table. The living area consists of a kitchen, living room and a French window overlooking the patio and garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities; induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, complete set of pots, plates, cutlery and all the various utensils needed for cooking or creating meals with friends. There is also a kettle and a NESPRESSO machine, with which guests can enjoy fantastic coffee! The modular living room ( made with wooden doors for the privacy of each guest) consist of a table with 4 chairs, 1 sofa bed, 2 armchair beds and a 50" Samsung UHD smart TV with which guests can relax while watching their favourite films and TV series, thanks to the free service we offer with a pre-registered Netflix account. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) with an en-suite bathroom, inside the room there are shelves to store your suitcases and personal belongings. The 2 bathrooms are complete with all the necessary sanitary facilities: 2 showers, 2 mirrors, 1 washing machine, 2 toilets, 1 bidet and a cabinet in which you will find a hairdryer and the necessary space to comfortably store your own beauty. The most suggestive part is certainly the outdoor area: the patio and the garden composed of a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy meals and aperitifs in the open air and finally a small green lawn where you can relax in the fantastic heated jacuzzi (summer only) and 2 sunbeds.

A few steps away from the Grado House you can find many essential services such as : supermarkets, pharmacy, bar/tobacconist, restaurants and much more, and green areas such as Parco delle Rose and Grado Public Park/Picnic Area.
