Joining us here at the Green Land Boutique Hotel, you will be welcomed into a stylish, friendly and peaceful retreat. Consisting of 5 deluxe double rooms, 2 superior rooms and 1 apartment, our hotel sleeps a maximum of 17 people. Our deluxe rooms either open directly onto your private outdoor space on the ground floor or balcony located on the 1st floor. All of which overlook our spacious garden, mini hydromassage pool and the spectacular ranges of the grand sasso mountains spanning the horizon. Our apartment is located on the first floor, consisting of a fully equipped kitchenette, living space and private balcony overlooking the garden, pool and mountain range. Currently, our open top roof on the 3rd floor provides a large space for our guests to relax, sunbath and enjoy the sounds of nature from the surrounding hills. Our entire premises is solely for the use of our guests, with private, gated, free parking and CCTV surveillance. Each guest will have their own fob and keys to come and go as they please 24\7, while remaining respectful of other guests during our quiet times (23.00-08.00). Each room has been newly refurbished and boasts its own individual style and character, providing a unique customer experience. All rooms are supplied with air conditioning, heating, T.V, mini fridge, black out blinds, dedicated work space, private bathroom with power shower. The surrounding area is a landscape etched in history and at every turn comes breath-taking views. Green Land provides a location which allows for all activities. Within 35 mins you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Abruzzo dotted along the coastal towns, hike in the surrounding hills or sip wine in the tranquil vineyards. You can enjoy cycling, canoeing, horse riding, skiing all in less than 1 hour from our location.
