The apartment is 35m2 and has a courtyard of an additional 16m2. Completely renovated inside in March 2024, it is located on the ground floor of a 3-storey building. Its location is approximately 170 meters from the sea and approximately 110 meters from the pedestrian area of Grottammare (Corso Mazzini). This is the most central area of Grottammare.

Neighborhood info

In front of the apartment there is a butcher's shop and a bar. Within 150 meters: daily market for fruit and vegetables, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, mini-market, ice cream parlors, pizzerias and various shops. Furthermore, a few minutes away, there is the Ricciotti pine forest with a fenced children's park. The beach is only 170 meters away.
