La nostra storia inizia nel 1880 con Giovanni Giuffrè, un pescatore imprenditore che, grazie al suo spirito di iniziativa, divenne un mercante di successo. Giovanni costruì questa casa, dove al piano terra, sia uomini che donne lavoravano- Qui, veniva impastato e infornato il pane nel forno a legna a doppia campata, seguendo la tradizione Eoliana e creando un centro di produzione alimentare per tutta l’isola. Il primo piano della casa era riservato alla famiglia per dormire, offerendo un rifugio tranquillo dopo le lunghe giornate di lavoro. Alla morte di Giovanni, la casa passò al figlio Natale Giuffrè, che mantenne le struttura e la tradizione di famiglia . Natale, a sua volta, la lasciò al figlio Giovanni, che si occupò della manutenzione della casa, mantenendo viva la sua essenza storica. Nel 2012, abbiamo intrapreso un profondo restauro della casa con amore e rispetto per la storia. Oggi, la nostra boutique dispone di 5 camere , ciascuna con caratteristiche uniche, dove ogni stanza racconta parte di questo viaggio.
