Henry's House · Parma is a fully renovated 120 m² apartment on the first floor with lift, a 2-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the Cathedral and the historic centre. On arrival we welcome you in person, keys in hand. On the table you'll find our welcome ( fresh fruit, water and coffee )and in the fridge the true flavours of Parma, prepared for you: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, a bottle to open on your first evening, eggs and milk for breakfast. Here, a welcome isn't something we say , it's something you taste. The apartment offers two spacious double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The right quiet to sleep well, the right space for a couple, a group of friends or anyone travelling for work. You'll also receive our personal Parma guide, with the places we truly love. Hi, we're Emanuela and Enrico, the owners of Henry's House. We love looking after our guests and caring for the details that make the difference — for us it's not just a phrase, it's the reason we opened this home. Henry's House comes from 25 years in tourism: Emanuela travelled the world as a travel consultant, trying hotels and experiences in dozens of countries. We took the best of what we saw — the attention to detail, the small gestures that matter — and brought it into a home of our own, with the warmth of a real home, not a hotel. We live in the same building, so we're here for anything you need: an extra towel, the tip on the right restaurant, a hand with your luggage. We welcome you in person at check-in — no smart locks, no codes: a handshake, the keys, and our tailored suggestions for your stay. We reply within an hour, from 8am to 11pm.
