Welcome to our lovely garden style apartment located in the heart of the city center on the same street as the main piazza and a short walk from the train station. Central to bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping markets, there is no need to rent a car to access our apartment. Enjoy the beautiful decor of our one-bedroom apartment with lots of natural light at the top floor and a large kitchen fully-equipped for cooking at home or drinking coffee overlooking the historic village streets. The living room has a large TV, streaming services, and big comfortable sofa alongside a dining table that can seat up to 4 people. The entire apartment stays nice and cool in summer due to the thick stone walls and air circulation throughout. The bedroom is on the back-side of the property overlooking the central staircase and terrace so there is no noise. It is located on the top floor (second floor), there are 2 full sets of stairs (wide staircases) to access the apartment.

Nestled in the old town of Pontremoli, underneath the Castello del Piagnaro, the building is a characteristic element of Pontremoli's historic residential fabric, typical of the multi-story buildings that line the old town. Many of these historic properties preserve authentic stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and traditional slate roofs. Via Garibaldi is one of the most historic streets in Pontremoli's old town, forming a central part of the ancient urban axis that hosted medieval pilgrims traveling along the famous Via Francigena.
