The apartments are in the Francavilla al Mare tourist area, where in the evening there is walking, with many beautiful shops, tourist markets and restaurants. Francavilla al Mare and it's beaches have been awarded Blue Flag status.

The Pescara and the Francavilla al Mare beaches, offer high level accommodation, night-clubs, and in Pescara itself, even a modern marina. Pescara Marina is one of the largest harbours on the Adriatic coast, a “European Blue Flag” marina. In the 18 of August there is one of the biggest and beautiful fireworks exhibition on the sea, 1 hour no-stop. In all the cities around Francavilla in the summer time is possible to eat typical food in popular parties, the name of this parties is "sagre".
