La casa è completa di tutti i comfort con ampia cucina completamente attrezzata e soggiorno con un comodo divano a letto alla francese con topper. Al piano superiore si trova la zona notte con due camere da letto matrimoniali e un ampio bagno.In una camera è possibile creare due mezzi letti,su richiesta.Si trova in un'ottima posizione vicina a molti servizi:Conad,pizzerie,bar e fermata autobus. Comoda per parcheggiare l'auto, davanti casa o di fronte senza divieti. Dista a soli 20 minuti circa dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e di Pegognaga.Per chi viaggia in aereo ad un'ora dall'aereoporto di Bologna e Verona.
Amo viaggiare e mi piacciono gli animali. Ci tengo a far sentire i miei ospiti a casa propria.
Quartiere tranquillo,nelle vicinanze abbiamo come attrazione un Bowling per passare serate divertenti. A 150mt un piccolo centro commerciale:Conad,ottico,Pet store e altro. A 200mt si trova una fermata dell'autobus e ad 1 km la stazione ferroviaria di Guastalla.
