Located just 656 feet from Santa Maria Novella Station, Hotel Montreal provides attentive service in a central location. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen satellite TV. The Montreal staff can organize trips to sites in Florence and the surrounding area. The Montreal Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Florence Cathedral. The Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are one mile away. The air conditioning is only accessible in summer from 1st June to 30th September. Heating is only accessible in winter from November 8th to April 7th. The apartment is located on the third floor in a building with no elevator, so not suitable for guests with a lot of luggage and motor difficulties Rooms in the Annex are located at second floor with no elevator access and a lower standard than the hotel
