Welcome to nature! We are in Bocconi in the Foreste Casentinesi National Park! With its 380,000 hectares and its 2,000 deer! Thousand-year-old forests where there are many excursions to do and natural pools to reach; in the garden you will find a quick path that leads to one of the most beautiful, the Brusia waterfall; and going up the river in a few minutes you arrive at the Bocconi Gorgons; It's hard to say what you'll find here... because in every season this place is completely different, there's the moment of falling chestnuts, the moment of thousands of shooting stars, skiing on the snow, fish from Fiumicello, barbecues with friends , snowshoeing, canoe trips to Ridracoli, splendid swimming in the river, phantasmagoric parties! Here.. where the Nature is magic.
Hello and welcome! My name is Lucio Lacchini and as a good Romagnolo I am a lover of the countryside and forests, in Ravenna I have a farm where I raise around a hundred sheep (I don't have a restaurant) but if they serve you meat (EU obliges the slaughter of less resistant males), eggs fresh, wine or oil are there! When I discovered this place I fell in love with it and I hope it has the same effect on you!
There are so many excursions to do and natural pools to reach; a few tens of meters away are the wonderful Brusia waterfalls, from the apartments you can hear the music of the river! Then there are the Gorgons of Bocconi, the Acquacheta waterfalls a few km away in San Benedetto (excellent restaurant!), boat trips and much, much more! In the summer period, a bar is open next to the Beccona which organizes several evenings with catering; the closest supermarket is in Rocca San Casciano and I advise you not to miss theirs Fire Festival (15-16 April)! If with children, better on Sunday!! Or the Battle on the Ground of the Sun (last weekend of April) The tasty wild berries and crafts festival (Portico di Romagna 8 October) The village of nativity scenes (portico di Romagna (8 - 14 January) Festival of flavors and autumn markets (29 October) But there are so many appointments!!!
