Il Castello is a beautiful 1930s residence that has recently been restored. Its unique construction has earned it the name "Il Castello" from the people of Seneghe. Ideally located, this large villa offers two beautiful en-suite bedrooms. La Sarda is a room of character combining modernity and traditional furnishings. The Mediterranea room is an invitation to relax, with its natural, luminous colours. Totally independent from the rest of the house, the rooms are accessed via the main entrance and its large terrace. For one or more nights, take advantage of this green setting, the scent of citrus fruit and the breathtaking view of the starry sky.

A French couple arrived in Sardinia in February 2023 with their three daughters Lily-Rose, Célestine and Andrea. Restoration of the villa began in early 2024. The motto of this family is living together. We love animals and have 2 adorable dogs to welcome you. We also have 3 cats, 2 tortoises and 4 chickens. We love nature and it gives us back well with a nice little production of fruit and vegetables in the property.

Ideally situated between land and sea Seneghe is a pretty village with 1,700 inhabitants. Just 15 minutes from the beach and Monteferru (798m above sea level). The mini-market next to the property will provide you with food supplies. Sa Prentza pizzeria is just 100m away, and a little further on you'll find bakeries, cafés, a florist, a hardware shop and a tobacconist's. This village is famous for its olive oil!
