2 flats in the wonderful city of Marsala, Cape Boeo, a few steps from the inner city and from all the main points of interests: cathedral , archaeological park, main street, main churches, pedestrian area, seafront, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, cinema, etc. The flats are also 4 Kilometres about from the long and beautiful beaches that can be both equipped and public. In addition, the North side of the city offers a very unique and suggestive landscape including the Stagnone ( “Big Marsh” ) lagoon preserved area which is perfect for kitesurfing and which distinguishes itself by the small green islands, the saltpans and the windmills. A perfect point of departure for daily excursions in Egadi Islands and all the Western Sicily. Moreover, the flats are very close to the maritime port, to the train station and also to the bus station ( with urban and extra-urban lines) .
