Newly renovated independent structure on the first floor located in the historic center of Brindisi with access via a staircase as shown in the photo. Equipped with wi-fi, TV and air conditioning in the living area and in both bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine (with access via a staircase as shown in the photo) PVC window frames with double glazing, mosquito nets and shutters overlooking a long balcony on a corner in a quiet and strategic area as it is located a few steps from the port and the main streets and a few minutes from the station and the bus stop which goes straight to the airport in a few minutes. PAYMENT SERVICES: -TERRACE with solarium area, sunbeds or deckchairs, mini fridge bar, waterfall shower and relaxation area (as per photo). Euro 25 per day to be paid in cash at check in - PARKING in the historic center, adjacent to the structure without time limits with a discounted daily rate reserved only for our guests Euro 15 per day to be paid in cash at check in, ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS OF TWO PEOPLE: if you want to use the second double bedroom the cost is 10 euros to be paid in cash at check in

Neighborhood info

Very quiet area a few meters from the seafront port, all kinds of shops, supermarkets, banks, post offices, restaurants and pedestrian and panoramic paths that will allow you to reach places and points of attractive interest that the city offers. Station and airport a few minutes.
