In the panoramic and sunny well kept garden guests will find the fenced swimming pool (6x12m - 1.5m depth) with bathing area and equipment for barbecues. The ancient tower is on 3 floors; the gr. floor entrance leads to the living room and to the dining/cooking areas. The 1st floor features a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The farmhouse apartment is entirely on the 1st floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase. It has a living room, a dining area and well-equipped cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 guest bathroom. Access to the large furnished terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the property. PLEASE NOTE: The owners live on the gr. floor of the farmhouse. There are 6 fans (1 in each bedroom and 1 in each living room) in the property. The price includes weekly linen change. Hired help and cook upon request.
