Property info

Our apartments are located in the heart of the Sassi of Matera, in the only remaining district of the Sassi. Specifically, in the Sasso Caveoso, near the city's most artistic and historical sites. Their unique architectural structure, half carved into the rock and half constructed with tuff blocks, makes sleeping in the Sassi a unique experience. Furthermore, our house's downspouts attract many tourists due to their unique design: they are supported by animal bones, and very few examples remain in the city. The property will prepare and provide linens based on the declared guests. For two people, it will provide linens for a double bed and two sets of towels. For three people, it will provide linens for a double bed and a single bed and 3 bathroom sets. For four people, it will provide linens for a double bed and two single beds and 4 bathroom sets. (It will not be possible under any circumstances to use linens that do not belong to the property. Any changes must be communicated and agreed upon with the staff by 10 am before check-in time. Any changes will be considered as additional beds. The reservation holder must be present at check-in and must be staying at the property. We will not accept reservations on behalf of third parties. The property only accepts small dogs for a fee. You must report their presence before your arrival at the property, provide an updated vaccination record, and it will not be possible to leave the dog alone on the property. Furthermore, it is not possible to consume meals or dinners on the property. The property is rented for overnight stays only.0
