Il Gelso Vacanze is a resort in the form of a Bed and Breakfast, situated in Salina, otherwise known as the Green Pearl, at the heart of the Aeolian Islands in Sicily, Italy. Its strategic position, in a peaceful area, 200m from the sea, 700m from the Fishermen’s Marina and 300m from the inhabited centre Malfa, means that bars, restaurants, newsstands, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks and other commercial enterprises are within easy reach. Pass through the entrance road which is shaded by pine trees, and there is access to a private car park. The internal pathways, surrounded by flowers and flourishing plants, lead to the rooms, all which have separate entrances by means of a private terrace.
