The property, located 50 meters from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo and 400 meters from the town center, is entirely on the ground floor and offers rooms equipped with every comfort, some of which overlook a charming courtyard. The other rooms, featuring Roman-style balconies with flush-fitting glass parapets, overlook a very quiet and peaceful way.
