We are a young company, we prefer to define ourselves as a family that wants to share the beauty of Florence with others. We come from business consultancy in the tourism field and we wanted to create our own idea of ​​hospitality, informal and simple. We hope that Mercato Centrale B and B is your home away from your home.

Property info

Mercato Centrale is a family bed and breakfast with five bedrooms and five private bathrooms, renovated in May 2023, in the heart of Florence. All rooms are air-conditioned, with a small breakfast service inside the room, TV, safe, and a minibar for a small extra charge. We offer all guests a good breakfast every day, overlooking Piazza del Mercato Centrale. The property is located on the first floor of a 19th century building, there are four flights of stairs (40 steps), the absence of an elevator is repaid by the splendid view that you can enjoy from your rooms.

San Lorenzo is the beating heart of Florence, located in the historic center, a few steps from the Duomo, the Medici Chapels and all the other monuments, it will give you the opportunity to visit Florence not as tourists but as Florentines. We are also less than five minutes from the central station, all the monuments and museums can be reached with a relaxing walk. The market, a few meters from the structure, the shops, artisans and typical restaurants will immerse you in Florentine life.
