I’m Alessandra, Born in Florence, I chose country life and truly fell in love with the color of the Tuscan hills, the sound of nature and the smell of the products grown in our garden. Upon request, I am available to prepare Tuscan dinners with our typical recipes and cooking courses where you can learn simple dishes that you can share upon your return with your family or friends. We transformed the rural structure into a farmhouse in 2004: our project was that of creating a place where people can relax and enjoy the quiet, a place where they can taste a glass of local wine, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. I live in the house next to the farmhouse, so you will always find me there, ready to share my corner of Tuscany with you!

Rufina is located in the centre of the Tuscan territory, so it is easy to reach Florence and many other artistic cities in Tuscany by car or train. A visit to Florence, the cradle of the Italian Renaissance and one of the most popular city in the world, is unmissable. If you are searching for typical Tuscan villages and feeling like exploring the hills of Chianti, we recommend you to visit the villages around Rufina where you can discovery real people, real tadicional food and wine
