We are Mirko and Paulina, the owners of Inderooms and Inderè Bistrot, located in the heart of Carloforte. After more than ten years of experience in Milan, we decided to return to Carloforte to fulfill our dream: creating a place where hospitality, elegance, and attention to detail come together to make every guest feel truly at home. Mirko was born and raised in Carloforte and knows the island, its traditions, and its hidden gems inside out. Paulina, of Polish and Sicilian heritage, brings a natural passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a love for creating warm and welcoming experiences. Together, we share a genuine passion for meeting people and making every stay special. With Inderooms, our goal is to offer much more than just accommodation: a charming retreat where guests can relax and experience the authentic spirit of Carloforte. At Inderè Bistrot, where we will be delighted to welcome you for check-in and breakfast, we are always happy to share our favourite beaches, restaurants, local experiences, and hidden corners of the island.
