The entrance leads into the garden and the long path leading to the villa. All the grounds are fully enclosed in a secure perimeter wall which is pleasant to the eye and high enough to allow unobstructed sea views from every angle. The only other villa in the vicinity is hidden from view by a tall wall and luxuriant plants and trees to guarantee encompassed privacy. The outside space features a 14 mt long swimming pool with sea views and an open-air shower as well as a 3.000 square meters garden with Mediterranean plants and a fishpond. All around the garden are several rest areas to enjoy both the sun and the shade and a large dining area with BBQ. A light sea breeze always mitigates the heat of the sun which shines on the villa all day long. The villa features local architectural elements such as stone flooring and marble bathrooms combining minimalistic design furniture with modern technology and comfort. All three en-suite bedrooms offer sea views and include Frette hypo allergenic bedding, block out windows, Frette towels, Aqua di Parma toiletries and hairdryer. Aircon temperature can be controlled separately in each room.

The villa's location is ideal to practice any kind of sport from jogging to cycling, sailing, swimming and fishing. The villa secluded location guarantees total privacy and peacefulness also during the high season.
