People who choose to spend an experience at the Bomboniera XL will be gently welcomed by the owners who will undertake to describe and display the various living areas. Guests will have the opportunity to park their cars in a particular private parking located inside the house which will allow access to the house in an extremely easy way. Upon arrival, electric keys will be delivered which open the parking gate, making the whole mechanism possible and independent. In addition to this entrance, they will also have a second private entrance located right in front of the house. The gigantic veranda that can be seen in the various photos of the advertisement is completely private and personal as is the outdoor dining area and the outdoor shower, the use of which becomes super pleasant during the hot Sardinian summer days. The house is large and spacious with four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with queen-sized beds and one with two single beds. The bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms will be equipped with everything necessary to immediately find yourself in a situation of comfort and relaxation. The dining area is particularly suggestive as it has a beautiful wooden ceiling and a striking and particular fireplace; it is also equipped with a sofa bed and various basic appliances. La Bomboniera has a majestic veranda with a large wooden roof, a sturdy clothesline, a sofa, an eight-seater table, a fabulous outdoor shower and a beautiful view of the town's upper floor.

Due to its raised position, the house always remains fresh and breezy, making it ideal for a peaceful and relaxing summer stay. Mobility is greatly facilitated as the neighborhood has little traffic. The beautiful beaches of Bari Sardo are only five kilometers away, while the town center is easily reachable in three minutes on foot.
