Today, it’s a home lovingly restored, still holding the silence of its walls and the warmth of lives once lived. Each room is independent, quiet, and essential. Inside you’ll find care. Outside, Sicily. We’re just steps from Via Atenea, the Pirandello Theater, and only 5 minutes by car from the Valley of the Temples. You’ll be welcomed in the heart of the city yet far from the noise. Here, you won’t find luxury. You’ll find truth, stillness, and authenticity. It’s a house. But also a project. It’s La Carbonaia. Where warmth was once produced, now we welcome humanity.

Neighborhood info

We are located in the historic center of Agrigento, in a real, lived-in area with family homes and forgotten corners. We are just steps from the historic Via Atenea, with its bars, restaurants, and trattorias. In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the Pirandello Theater, the old town, and with a short ride, you’re at the Valley of the Temples or the Scala dei Turchi. Walk slowly. Open your ears. Breathe. The neighborhood will speak to you.
