The house is spread over two floors, it has three large double bedrooms and a common sitting room, completely renovated, located in a historic building of the 700, a few steps from the Piazza del Duomo and the other main places of interest. The rooms, finely furnished with family antiques, are equipped with bathroom with shower, free WiFi, TV and air conditioning. Two bedrooms enjoy a view of the "Parco della Rocca" and the Towers, the third has a large terrace overlooking the roofs. The rooms are named after the three women who lived in the house and who made it the welcoming environment that can be enjoyed even today. Mariarosa room is at the raised ground floor (few steps), with nice private terrace, with view on San Gimignano roofs Teresa room is on second floor, is the largest in the house and has a splendid view over Parco della Rocca and the Towers. Caterina room is on the second floor, is highest room in the house, has a splendid view over Parco della Rocca and the Towers. The bathroom is built on three levels, connected by some steps. (not recommended for guests who have problems using stairs). None of the rooms are currently equipped with a refrigerator. We remind you that the Casa dei Vezzi does not have a kitchen and does not offer a daily cleaning service. Guests, who stay more than three days, who are interested in the cleaning service can request, when booking, the availability of trusted staff, with whom to agree on times and costs of the service. La Casa dei Vezzi welcomes guests with self check in. The access code will be provided to you after receiving the identity documents necessary for registration.

Not living permanently in San Gimignano, we do not have the opportunity to welcome guests personally. However, we are available to answer your questions via the Booking portal or via e-mail.

The property is placed in the historic center of San Gimignano few steeps from Piazza della Cisterna, Piazza del Duomo and the Rocca, the rooms are in a secondary quite street with a beautiful view over the gardens and the towers. The closest public paid parking is P3/P4 and costs 15 euros per day, the cheapest is P1 and costs 6 euros per day.
