La casa del Geko” bed and breakfast is a newly restructured cefalutana typical building. It’s situated in Cefalù’s Old Town at the base of the rock La Rocca in the quiet area of Santa Maria, behind a seventeenth-century church , very close to Porta Terra. Porta Terra is a square in the hearth of town and an ideal base to enjoy and visit Cefalù. A grape pergola adorns the facade and offers our guests a refreshing little spot to relax. It’s a four-storey townhouse. There are four bedrooms, one on each floor. The bedrooms’ names, Petra , Terra , Flora and Mare refer to the natural features that contribute to beauty of our territory. The bedrooms are bright, airy and comfortable and have a Sicilian character for the vivid colours and the use of local handmade pottery by the artist from Palermo Giovanni De Simone and ceramics from Santo Stefano di Camastra. Every room has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, a balcony, air conditioning, free internet access, satellite TV, minibar.

Our bed and breakfast is located just few minutes walking distance from the well-known sandy beach, the railway station, shops, restaurants, all amenities and monuments. The entrance to La Rocca is nearby (50 metres). La Casa del Geko is one of the few facilities in historical center always reachable by car and it is possible, with a bit of luck and with our help, to find free parking near the structure.
