The house was completely renovated in 2023 with sustainable interventions such as the activation of photovoltaic panels, the use of thermal insulating materials for the exterior walls, and the replacement of windows and doors. The structure is nestled in the green hillside of Montelonti, just 2 km from the center, but far from the typical chaos and noise of the city. Surrounded by a beautiful and cool forest where you can take long relaxing walks, it is also within walking distance from the center of Poggibonsi. By car it is easy to reach any destination of historical interest such as San Gimignano, Siena , Florence, Monteriggioni, given its proximity to highway constraints. Particularly suggestive and recommended, the view from the terrace of medieval San Gimignano .
The house is surrounded by cultivated fields, as well as a well-tended vegetable garden where guests can observe years of experience and dedication. We have 3 beautiful dogs who are very festive and friendly.
The owner provides his private forest to allow guests to walk among the trees and enjoy the contact with nature, breathing the clean country air. The house, being close to the center , allows you to reach the latter even on foot. Using a car , the house offers the possibility to reach San Gimignano in only 10 minutes and Siena in only 20.
