Uccia's house was born as a family project by Chiara and Emiliano. Uccia was a great businesswoman born in 1931. She loved boats and this is why Chiara wanted to renovate the structure from a green perspective with a sea theme. Household appliances and sanitary are new. All the other materials were recovered and restored by Emiliano. We took care of every detail personally. The building is a historic house from 1818 in the heart of Trieste.
