Close to local tourist attractions and the most beautiful medieval villages of the Ciociaria, the accommodations are 45 minutes from the beaches of the Lazio coast and the Ernici mountains and are also a perfect solution for working remotely or for staying short periods for work in the area. The largest apartment has 2 bedrooms, complete and eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and balcony overlooking the valley, courtyard with table for breakfast and dinner outdoors, free private parking and garden shared with the owners. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, full kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and porch overlooking the olive trees and the valley for breakfast and dinner outdoors. Guests will have private access to the house and parking. The accesses are separate from those of the owners' adjacent house. The shared garden is accessed via the courtyard. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area in the countryside. Relaxing and surrounded by greenery and close to some bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets within walking distance. Just 3km from the center of Frosinone and 7km from the center of Veroli, the area is well connected to the A1 motorway via the Ferentino-Avezzano highway with access only 1.5km away. By car you can easily travel to visit all the beautiful medieval villages in the area and in 30-50 minutes you can reach the Ernici mountains and the beaches of the Pontine coast.
