New apartment in the heart of the Old Port of Genoa, a few steps from the Aquarium, the Sea Museum and the major attractions of the city. DISCOUNTED PARKING AND VERY CONVENIENT SUPERMARKET IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT. Our home is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. New equipment and furnishings. The accommodation is an open space studio with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob and microwave oven), dining area, a double bed and a foldaway bunk bed, sofa, TV, free wi-fi, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and balcony. Bed linen and towels are available. Suitable for families,cruise passengers and business clients.
The apartment is convenient to services (trains, buses, metro and highway) with discounted parking in the immediate vicinity. Shops and a supermarket are just below the house. The old town, with its famous alleys, churches and museums is easily reachable on foot. The house is located a short distance from the Cruise Terminal and from the embarkation point for ferries to the most famous tourist resorts of the Ligurian Riviera (Portofino, 5 Terre, Camogli). WA HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH A COVERED CAR PARKING
