The property is located in the historic center of Noli, a few steps from the town hall and the main shops; under the house there is a small restaurant, welcoming with genuine dishes and at 100 meters, across the Aurelia, there are private and free beaches. The house dates back to the 1400s and is located in one of the most beautiful villages in northern Italy, as well as in the fifth maritime republic.
I am very happy to welcome you to the house that belonged to my grandparents and my father who was born right in one of the rooms that will host you; the scent of antiquity and history because the structure is part of a historic house from the 1400s is well blended with the functionality of the furnishings and services we offer. I will be happy to personally give you my most welcome "welcome"!
Noli, and its 74 towers; Noli and its blue flag sea, its fishermen who welcome you in the morning to show you the fresh fish still alive that leaps into boxes and is sold on the promenade where it is a market place on Thursday mornings; Noli and its castle within walking distance; Noli and its "alleyways" with shops of all kinds; Noli and its ancient walls, its Romanesque-Gothic and medieval treasures; Noli and its districts: Ciassa, Burgu, Maina and Purtellu which still today compete for the supremacy with a historic regata on the sea with fuor boats on the second Sunday of September
