The apartment has a separate entrance on the ground floor, the central living room is reached via a wide and comfortable staircase. The living room with open fireplace leads to the small kitchen and two of the three bedrooms; a third, with bathroom, is on the other side of the staircase. The whole building has retained its original characteristics and atmosphere; the furnishings are in antique rustic style. Cot on request. There is a private outdoor seating area in front of the house; various other garden seating areas are scattered around the property - so you can enjoy an espresso under a rose-covered pergola and a glass of wine in the shade of tall trees. The pretty little town of Monte San Savino, where you will find various bars, good restaurants and ice cream parlours, is also within easy walking distance for keen city trippers: Arezzo (20 km, also by train), Cortona 30 km, Siena 50 km and Florence 80 km.
